Track Submission Guidelines
MASTERING
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR TRACK:
To launch your project, please upload your final stereo mix down to a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link and email it directly to HolyLabzLLC@gmail.com.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Export your final stereo mix as a high-resolution, uncompressed WAV file (matching your session sample rate).
• CRITICAL: Please leave at least -6dB of headroom on your master fader.
• Ensure all limiters, maximizers, and heavy compression are completely turned off on your master bus.
• Do not let your mix clip or hit 0dB at any peak point in the song.
ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME:
Estimated turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from the date your final stereo mix file is successfully received and verified.
REVISIONS INCLUDED:
Your order includes up to 2 free rounds of mastering revisions (such as adjusting the overall brightness, bass response, or target loudness balance). Please note: mastering revisions do not cover fixing errors inside your original mix file. (Additional mastering revisions thereafter must be purchased separately at a flat rate of $35).

2-TRACK MIXING
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR TRACK:
To launch your project, please upload your vocal stems and your stereo instrumental track to a single Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link and email it directly to HolyLabzLLC@gmail.com.
TRACK LIMITATION & RULES:
• This service covers a maximum of 10 total tracks (1 Stereo Instrumental Track + up to 9 Vocal Stems).
• Any additional vocal tracks submitted over the 10-track limit must be purchased separately at an additional flat rate of $25 per track.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Export your instrumental track and all individual vocal stems as high-resolution, 24-bit or 32-bit WAV files.
• Ensure all vocal stems are perfectly aligned from the exact beginning of your session grid (0:00) so they sync automatically with the beat.
• Please export your vocal tracks completely dry (turn off all non-creative reverbs, delays, and compression).
• Clearly label each vocal stem file cleanly (e.g., Lead Vocal, Adlib, Hook Vocal).
• PITCH CORRECTION: Please apply your preferred Auto-Tune or pitch-correction directly to your vocal stems before exporting, or include a note with the exact musical key of your song if you want manual tuning applied.
ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME:
Estimated turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from the date your final stereo mix file is successfully received and verified.
REVISIONS INCLUDED:
Your order includes up to 2 free rounds of mix revisions within 14 days of delivery. This ensures we lock in your exact vocal balance, leveling, and sonic presence perfectly according to our professional studio standards. (Additional revisions thereafter must be purchased separately at a flat rate of $35).
